Is the entertainment in English or Turkish?
We use the universal language of play! While our entertainers use basic English for interaction, our signature shows (like the Mini Bubble Show) are highly visual. Every child is engaged regardless of language.
How far in advance should we book?
Weekends fill up very quickly! We highly recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Are your activities suitable for different age groups?
Yes. Since our team is led by a Child Development Specialist, we customize games, music, and materials specifically for the age group of the children attending.
In which areas of Ankara do you provide services?
We cover all central areas of Ankara, including Çankaya, İncek, Oran, Ümitköy, and Bilkent. We can bring the magic to your home, a garden, or a rented venue.
Are your materials safe and non-toxic?
Safety is our absolute priority. All face paints, bubble solutions, and game materials we use are dermatologically tested, non-toxic, and strictly CE-certified.
Do we need to provide any equipment?
Not at all! We bring all our own professional equipment, including sound systems and game props. We only need a clear space for the children to play safely.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
We require a small deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the event and can be paid via cash or bank transfer/EFT. If you need to reschedule due to illness, please inform us 48 hours in advance to move your deposit to a new date.
Are your shows suitable for sensory sensitivities?
Yes. Our Child Development Experts are highly mindful of sensory needs. If any child has sensitivities to loud noises, let us know beforehand and we will tailor the dynamics accordingly.
